You're equally comfortable in a technical deep-dive and a client conversation.

You might come from engineering, consulting, product, or pre-sales — what matters is that you build things that work and can explain why they matter.

The Work:
• Contribute to the Knowledge Repository — a multi-tenant enterprise knowledge platform built on Oracle 23ai, powering intelligent search and document retrieval at scale
• Build and extend MCP server infrastructure — our federated Model Context Protocol network across Oracle product lines, including retrieval pipelines and evaluation frameworks
• Accelerate AI-assisted sales pursuits — helping sales teams win faster with AI-generated content, live demo agents, and intelligent presentation assets
• Serve as an Anthropic / AI coding agent SME across internal teams and client-facing engagements
• Partner with solution architects, sales, and delivery teams to embed AI across the Accenture-Oracle alliance

• *About the Role**

We are looking for an AI Agent Engineer to join client’s Agent Building team to develop intelligent agents and business applications consuming the Enterprise AI Platform, with a focus on agent orchestration, evaluation frameworks, and domain-specific workflows using platform primitives.
• *Key Responsibilities**

· Build agents using AWS Strands SDK, Bedrock AgentCore SDK, and CrewAI orchestration

· Develop agent logic and troubleshooting using strong Python skills

· Implement comprehensive evaluation frameworks for model performance and RAG quality

· Create backend services with Python and integrate with platform APIs

· Build frontend experiences using React JS and Node JS frameworks

· Manage source code with Git/Bitbucket using agile development practices

· Design and debug agent behaviors for production reliability and business outcomes

· Integrate domain-specific RAG pipelines and evaluation metrics

· Consume platform services (gateways, MCP tools, observability) following security patterns

· 4+ years Python development with AI/ML frameworks (CrewAI, LangChain, or equivalent)

· Hands-on experience building production agents with Bedrock AgentCore SDK, Strands SDK/CrewAI

· Strong evaluation framework development (LLM judging, RAG metrics, agent success criteria)

· Full-stack development experience (React JS frontend, Node JS/Python backend)

· Agent debugging and observability skills for complex multi-agent workflows

· Experience consuming enterprise API platforms (REST/GraphQL/OAuth2) securely

Position Description

GEICO is seeking an exceptional Sr. Staff ML Engineer to join our AI organization. You will serve as a technical leader and key architect for GEICO's virtual assistant platform that elevates productivity for 30K+ internal associates and the customer experience for millions of policyholders.

Sr. Staff AI Agent Platform Engineers set the technical vision and drive the architecture of multi-tenant services that power the building, testing, deployment, and hosting of LLM-based AI agents. This includes multi-agent orchestration, standardized interoperability protocols (MCP, A2A), AI agent skill ecosystems with marketplace and governance capabilities, production-grade harness & context engineering, and guardrail frameworks for safe autonomous operation at enterprise scale.
