We are seeking a hands-on IAM Engineer to support the technical execution of our modern identity ecosystem. You will be the primary "labor" engine responsible for implementing our newly licensed tools (Conductor One and Ping Directory). You will be working closely with the IAM Architect in this role.

Le’Fant is seeking an experienced Software Test Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated and manual test scripts for web, API, and backend applications. You will collaborate closely with Agile Scrum teams, participate in all phases of the SDLC, and ensure software quality through functional, regression, and end-to-end testing. This role requires hands-on experience with Java-based automation frameworks, Selenium, Cucumber/Serenity BDD, SQL databases, and CI/CD environments, while supporting a highly collaborative, high-performing team.

What you’ll get to do:

As a software Test Automation Engineer, the responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Participate in Agile Scrum development methodology ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, scrum, backlog refinement, defining tasks/tests, estimating LOE, testing, tracking work done, retrospective, demonstration, etc.)
• Develop, maintain, and perform sprint-level manual/automated testing activities (e.g., define scenarios, develop detailed scripts/procedures, develop Cucumber Gherkin feature files and scenarios, map user story acceptance criteria to script verification points) in Jira with Xray and Cucumber BDD plug-ins
• Develop and maintain automated scripts that are exercised during CI/CD builds and nightly regression test suite execution
• Develop and maintain automated UI and backend

Highly experienced Senior SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) to help deliver test automation across our software development lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in test automation, software development, and testing. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure our products meet the highest standards of reliability, performance, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for UI, API, DB and backend services.
• Drive quality initiatives across teams, including test strategy, coverage analysis, and CI/CD integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure testability of features.
• Lead root cause analysis and debugging of complex issues in production and test environments.

Required Qualifications
