### - Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent education and experience - Over 5 years of experience in application engineering and test automation - Proven experience in developing and maintaining applications on common platforms such as Service Now, Pega, SharePoint Online, MuleSoft, and Dynamics 365 - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies, including Agile/SAFe/CICD - Proficiency in application security, Cloud technologies, and Azure DevOps - Familiarity with programming languages and tools like SQL, Python, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS, including modern frameworks and libraries - Knowledge of database structures, web technologies, and technical applications - Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities - Experience with functional, regression, integration, performance, and automated testing procedures - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
