We are seeking a highly skilled Manual/Automation Tester with strong expertise in the Payments domain, especially around US banking payment systems and ISO message upgrades. The role involves testing the Money Transfer System (MTS) and related payment applications to ensure functional accuracy, performance stability, and regulatory compliance.
This position requires solid automation experience using Katalon or Playwright and the capability to act as an Onsite Coordinator/Lead, working closely with customers, business users, and technical teams to facilitate smooth delivery. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks for payment applications using Katalon or Playwright.
• Validate the reliability, performance, and functional accuracy of MTS, RPI, and other payment-related systems.
• Create and maintain functional test cases, scripts, structured test data, and validation documents.
• Execute manual and automated tests, analyze outcomes, and present results clearly to stakeholders.
• Identify, log, and track defects; collaborate with developers and support teams for timely resolution.
• Perform smoke, functional, system integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across payment flows.
• Engage with business analysts, developers, and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and ensure full test coverage.
• Lead onsite coordination, working closely with customers on daily interactions, requirement clarifications, walkthroughs, status updates, and delivery acceptance.
• Demonstrate strong stakeholder collaboration, building alignment across cross-functional teams and ensuring expectations are met.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
