Sr. QA Automation Engineer - Reinsurance Group of America - Chesterfield, MO

At Reinsurance Group of America, we are seeking a Sr. QA Automation Engineer to join our team and help take our software development processes to the next level. The ideal candidate is a passionate problem-solver who has a strong understanding of software engineering and a commitment to providing quality assurance. This individual should possess excellent communication, analytical, and collaboration skills, and be able to think outside the box to develop innovative solutions.The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a software engineering role and extensive knowledge of automation testing. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. Additionally, experience working with agile development processes and coding in programming languages such as Java, C#, or JavaScript is beneficial.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nDesign, develop, and implement automated tests for applications and software systems.\n\nCollaborate with software developers and other stakeholders to ensure proper system requirements are met and quality assurance goals are achieved.\n\nAnalyze and troubleshoot any issues related to software development.\n\nMonitor and maintain automation testing processes and procedures.\n\nWrite, maintain, and execute test scripts and test cases.\n\nDevelop and implement strategies for ensuring quality assurance.\n\nAssist in the development of test plans and test strategies.\n\nDocument and report test results and defects.\n\nProvide feedback and recommendations to improve the overall quality assurance process.\n\nStay up to date on the latest developments in software engineering and automation testing.
