Create and execute automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.
Collaborate with software developers to identify and address defects in a timely manner.
Identify areas for improvement in the testing process and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure test coverage.
Monitor and report testing progress and results to project stakeholders.
Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve the automation process.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members on automation best practices.
Develop and maintain documentation related to testing processes and procedures.
Participate in code reviews to identify potential issues and provide feedback.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in automation testing.
Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Conduct root cause analysis for testing failures and implement corrective actions.
Participate in the planning and estimation of testing efforts for new projects.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
