Contract Senior QA Automation Engineer - Banking APIs

Part-Time (10-15 hrs/week) | Corp-to-Corp or 1099 | Potential to Expand

We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to support and expand our end-to-end API automation suite for a modern banking platform. This is a part-time engagement (10-15 hours per week) with the potential to grow into a larger role.

What You'll Work On
Automated testing of RESTful banking APIs Payments, transfers, sweeps, ACH workflows Recurring transactions and limit validations Application/KYC onboarding flows Document upload and approval workflows Event/notification validation Schema and financial transaction integrity checks Required Experience 5+ years API automation experience Strong REST API testing (JS/TS, Java, or Python) Experience with financial systems or fintech platforms Deep understanding of complex, multi-step workflows CI/CD integration experience Ability to work independently with minimal oversight Engagement Details 10-15 hours per week Corp-to-Corp or 1099 Flexible schedule Opportunity to expand into a larger engagement
This is a senior-level role suited for someone comfortable owning API automation in a financial services environment.
