Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and testing procedures to guarantee that all systems and services align with organizational standards and meet end-user requirements. Create test schedules, approaches, and document testing strategies for various projects. Develop, write, and maintain test cases and scripts, ensuring appropriate data is supplied for testing scenarios. Collaborate with Test Managers and other stakeholders on test cases and scripts. Lead testing efforts on software and IT systems to confirm their functionality and eliminate defects. Conduct thorough verification of work products using established methods and set criteria. Document and communicate test outcomes effectively. Support the analysis of test results and assist in resolving identified issues. Identify complex problems and work towards their resolution. Provide regular updates on problem-solving progress to management. Develop enhancements to existing processes and construct models for potential future configurations. Prepare daily test metrics and reports. Occasionally engage in IT systems engineering tasks such as requirements gathering, design, installation, operation, and support. Apply technical principles and concepts in real-world scenarios. Coordinate objectives and establish goals to achieve them. Guide team members in accordance with organizational policies. Evaluate and ensure fulfillment of objectives. Offer technical solutions to complex problems requiring data analysis.
