Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Selenium automation and mobile testing to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and executing automated test frameworks for web and mobile applications. This role requires working closely with development and QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and execute Selenium-based automation test scripts
Perform mobile application testing across Android and iOS platforms
Design and enhance test automation frameworks for web and mobile applications
Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to validate requirements
Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution
Execute regression, functional, integration, and performance testing
Ensure software quality and reliability through continuous testing practices

Required Skills:

5+ years of QA Automation experience
Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver
Solid experience in mobile testing (Android/iOS)
Experience with automation frameworks and test case design
Knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in cable, telecom, or enterprise environments
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
