About the role
As a Senior QA Automation Engineer – Scrum Master & IVR, you will make an impact by championing quality, Agile best practices, and customer experience across digital platforms. You will be a valued member of a cross‑functional Agile team, working collaboratively with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and vendor partners to deliver high‑quality web and IVR solutions.
In this role, you will:
Serve as a CX‑focused Scrum Master o r Quality Champion, embedding Agile and continuous improvement practices across teams.Drive end‑to‑end quality assurance for web and IVR applications, ensuring reliability, performance, and an exceptional user experience.Design, build, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript for UI, API, and regression testing.Review functional and technical requirements, collaborating early with Product Owners to identify risks, gaps, and edge cases.Leverage GitHub Copilot to accelerate test development, improve code quality, and optimize automation workflows.Partner closely with Agile teams and vendor organizations to validate deliverables, ensure quality standards, and support vendor management activities.Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies, providing quality insights and risk assessments.Ensure compliance with organizational standards, regulatory guidelines, and industry best practices, particularly within Insurance-domain solutions.
