This role will support our Arthrex California Technology teams. The Software Quality Engineer tests and performs quality analysis of application functionality to ensure that Arthrex business systems meet user requirements, work as intended, and are within quality management limits and standards. Excellent communications and analytical skills, strong technical project management skills will be essential for this position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Support complex release projects including various testing activities – test planning; project estimation and scheduling; resource planning, training, and oversight; test development; test execution; defect management; daily/weekly status reporting; and project closure. Apply test methodology, define test strategy and types of testing to be performed, and ensure comprehensive testing is performed on the project to assure the quality of an application’s usability, functionality, security, and performance. Ensure Arthrex SQA standards and processes are followed. Responsible for the entire testing project. Perform testing assignments including integrations with other systems, performance testing if needed, and migration of data from one database or system to another in large implementation or major release projects.
