A company is looking for a Senior Application Security Engineer who will focus on maintaining application security and best practices.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and application teams to ensure a strong security posture for applications
Remediate application security flaws and lead security discussions to implement best practices
Conduct dynamic and static application testing, including threat modeling and using security tools

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field
6+ years of Information Technology experience, with 3+ years in application security testing
Experience with Burp Suite for DAST and Veracode for SAST
Proficiency in Java, Python, .NET, or C# with 2+ years of experience
Familiarity with federal compliance standards such as NIST 800-53 or FedRAMP
