Your Role:
As a Forward Deployed AI Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and deploying cutting-edge AI systems powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). Your contributions will span the entire AI lifecycle, from research and fine-tuning of foundation models to prompt engineering, systems integration, and deployment in production environments. You will be responsible for enhancing the performance and alignment of our AI systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize AI prompts and applications using foundation models like LLMs. Architect and implement generative agent systems to manage complex tasks effectively. Develop application strategies focusing on both user experience and backend systems. Evaluate and optimize AI system architectures, applying best practices and relevant frameworks. Conduct thorough code reviews, offering expert guidance for enhancements and issue resolution. Build and maintain scalable machine learning infrastructure and training pipelines. Apply advanced evaluation techniques to ensure model robustness, safety, and fairness. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align AI systems with business objectives. Support troubleshooting during testing and production phases. Document technical methodologies and innovations for effective knowledge sharing. Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in designing and imple
