Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide expertise in Development, Security, and Operations (DevSecOps) focused on incident response, vulnerability management, compliance, and network security.Implement and automate application security testing tools while empowering users with best practices for application security.Collaborate to establish an automated security framework that enhances deployment processes through various scripting languages and open-source solutions.Recommend automation improvements to streamline network infrastructure and security operations.Gather requirements, design, and implement robust solutions to address network and security operational issues.Manage access control for end-users and administrators effectively.Conduct network security analysis and troubleshooting, performing root cause analysis using monitoring tools while applying necessary patches.Update security procedures and maintain operation runbooks to prevent recurring issues.Set up and maintain proxy servers, systems, and firewalls, conducting risk assessments as necessary.Perform security code reviews and penetration testing to ensure robust security posture.Coordinate change requests, providing timely status updates to stakeholders.Research technology trends and best practices in cloud site reliability engineering.Minimum Requirements:

BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or 10 years of relevant experience or multiple IT certifications.8 years of related work experience required.Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility needed.Security+ or DoD 8570 IAT-II certification required.Willingness to travel 10% - 20% as needed.Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Certifications such as CKAD, RHCE, CJE, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA, or similar.Familiarity with IT and IAT-Level II Certifications.Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructur
