Primary FunctionThe Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our IAM systems to ensure secure and efficient access to our resources. This role requires a deep understanding of IAM technologies, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
As an Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineer, you will develop proper access and provisioning to all A.O. Smith employees implementing industry best practices. To ensure success in this position, you should possess extensive working knowledge of identity management systems, processes, tools, dependencies, and integrations.Our ideal candidate thrives in collaborative team environments, is comfortable interacting with staff who have varying degrees of technical knowledge, has strong problem-solving skills with a drive to understand how things work, and isn’t afraid to ask questions.
