What You'll Do:
Take the lead on test automation strategy and execution across multiple platforms (web + mobile)Collaborate with developers, UX, product managers, and engineering leaders to define quality standards, acceptance criteria, and "Definition of Done"Participate actively in agile rituals - stand-ups, planning, retrospectives, and moreDesign, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using WebDriverIO, Cucumber, Appium, and JavaScript/TypeScriptPerform hands-on testing across functional, regression, exploratory, and API layersIntegrate tests with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or CircleCIIdentify, log, and escalate defects - and drive resolution with development teamsMentor junior engineers and help shape the team's automation-first mindsetContribute to performance testing and help optimize release readiness across the SDLCWhat You Bring:
7+ years of QA and Test Automation experience across complex systemsExpertise in automation frameworks using BDD (Cucumber), WebDriverIO, Appium, Postman for API testing, and scripting in JavaScript/TypeScriptHands-on experience with test management tools such as Zephyr, X-RAY, or similarFamiliarity with cloud-based testing tools (BrowserStack, SauceLabs, Perfecto)Exposure to hybrid cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Oracle Cloud)Proven ability to lead quality efforts ac
