About the role
The A.C. Coy Company has an immediate opening for a Lead DevSecOps Engineer. This is an onsite position in Cleveland, OH. The role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated deployment pipelines and infrastructure with integrated security practices across development and production environments. You will bridge development, operations, and security while working with modern cloud technologies and supporting legacy systems.
Day-to-day focus and responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple platforms including GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, and TFS.
- Develop deployment automation scripts using Node.js and C# for build, backup, and deployment processes; develop and maintain GitHub Actions and custom automation scripts.
- Configure and manage Git repositories — access control, branching strategies, and workflow automation — and plan/execute migrations between version control platforms when needed.
- Integrate containerized applications with cloud platforms and manage container registries; deploy and configure Azure App Services.
- Configure automated workflows and orchestration processes across server environments; administer development tools and DevOps infrastructure.
- Monitor infrastructure health and proactively resolve issues; maintain log aggregation systems for production logs.
- Track system changes and document system configurations and changes.
- Embed security into the workflow: configure and manage GitHub Advanced Security features (code scanning, secret detection); implement security best practices across deployment pipelines and infrastructure; integrate security scanning tools into CI/CD workflows (SAST/DAST).
