## Key Responsibilities

- Administer and manage the organization's Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, Azure AD/Entra ID, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Power Platform, and related services.
- Ensure availability, performance, reliability, and security of Microsoft 365 platforms, including meeting backup, recovery, and legal hold requirements per company policies.
- Implement and manage user identities, licenses, and services in Microsoft 365.
- Design, develop, and implement technical solutions as part of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy to meet risk and compliance requirements while enabling employees and customers.
- Contribute to team efforts related to EDR, SSO, multifactor authentication, Entra ID/Azure AD integrations, and privileged access management.
- Continuously evaluate current-state processes and implementations, identify opportunities for optimization, and act on those opportunities.
- Plan and execute data migration projects within and to Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Exchange Online environments.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end users for Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online related issues.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to design identity and access management solutions and ensure seamless identity integration.
- Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
