Responsibilities
As a Blockchain Security Engineer on the Decentralized Financial Security Team, you will collaborate closely with engineers, technical product managers, and senior leadership to design secure products from the ground up. Your role will include:
• Conducting secure design reviews and threat modeling.
• Performing vendor reviews and secure code reviews for upcoming Coinbase products or features impacting millions of customers.
• Identifying key product risk areas and leading cross-functional risk-reduction initiatives.
• Enhancing and automating existing processes for improved efficiency using AI tools.
• Creating monitoring solutions to ensure identified risks remain manageable for Coinbase.
• Participating in the on-call rotation by providing timely
