You'd join a small, high-leverage founding team and own the AI backend - we build and deliver at lightspeed: brainstorm and plan in the morning, execution in the afternoon, test and review at evening. Appreciate and can dive deep into the agentic AI infra stackHave passion and experience towards harness engineering (RL environment, agentic orchestration, eval framework, reasoning tracability, etc.). Can own the Agentic AI System and drive collaboration with Cross-functional team setup.Strong communication skill and startup spirit is a must.
