Develop and implement Zero Trust security policies and procedures to protect Merck & Co.'s infrastructure and sensitive data.
Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.
Monitor and analyze system logs and network traffic to detect and respond to security incidents.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security solutions that align with business needs.
Stay abreast of emerging threats and industry best practices to continuously enhance the company's security posture.
Lead the evaluation and implementation of new security technologies and tools.
Conduct regular training and awareness sessions to educate employees on security best practices.
Manage access control systems and ensure proper authentication and authorization processes are in place.
Investigate and respond to security incidents and provide recommendations for remediation.
Work with vendors and third-party partners to ensure their systems meet Merck & Co.'s security standards.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for the company's infrastructure.
