Position SummarySERVISS is seeking a Senior Quantum Readiness & Cryptography Engineer to lead the strategy, architecture, implementation, and operational readiness for quantum-resilient cryptographic systems and programs. This technical leader will collaborate with cross-functional teams, government stakeholders, and engineering partners to advance quantum transition initiatives, post-quantum cryptographic standards adoption, and cryptographic inventory automation across enterprise environments. Successful candidates will blend deep cybersecurity systems engineering experience with practical understanding of quantum-era readiness frameworks and cryptographic lifecycle management. This role is hybrid and will require some on-site work at a federal agency with opportunities to also perform remote.
