Contract Duration: 12 +Months

We are seeking a contract Senior Python LLM Engineer to improve and modernize IT Operations practices across Azure, GCP, and OpenShift environments. This role will act as a hands-on operational leader and change agent, driving simplification, standardization, and improved service stability within a large-scale enterprise.

The contractor will support operational transformation efforts, facilitate major incident management, validate operational readiness, and remediate process gaps across hybrid cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a catalyst to improve IT Operations practices, migrating legacy support models to standardized, simplified frameworks.

• Define operational processes and drive adoption of enterprise best practices.

• Facilitate major incident management calls across Azure, GCP, and OpenShift environments.

• Lead post-incident reviews and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

• Deliver Operational Readiness Reviews (ORR) and assessment artifacts.

• Validate operational controls, monitoring, alerting, and support readiness prior to production release.

• Identify operational deviations and drive remediation efforts.

• Develop Python-based automation and LLM-enabled tooling to enhance operational efficiency and diagnostics.
