About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Automation Engineer (SDET) with a strong foundation

in manual testing and a growing focus on test automation. The ideal candidate is

passionate about quality, automation, and leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve testing

efficiency and product reliability.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform manual testing including sanity, regression, and acceptance testing
• Analyze requirements and design effective test cases and test scenarios
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts
• Execute tests and report defects with clear reproduction steps
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA teams in an Agile

environment
• Use AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve automation

productivity
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality

improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Testing & QA
• 1–4 years of experience in Testing
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and Software Testing Life Cycle

(STLC)
• Hands-on experience in Sanity Testing , Regression Testing ,Acceptance Testing

Agile & Tools
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Experience using test management and defect tracking tools, such as : JIRA

TestLink / Zephyr (or similar)

Automation & AI Tools
• Experience or strong exposure to test automation
• Hands-on or working knowledge of AI-powered coding/testing tools, such as:

GitHub Copilot ,Cursor

Programming & Scripting
• Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language: Python, TypeScript,

or JavaScript
• Ability to write reusable, maintainable, and well-structured automation code

Cloud Awareness
• Basic working knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS or Azure
• Awareness of cloud-based environments and deployments

Good to Have
• Experience with automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, PyTest,

etc.), Playwright will be preferred.
